Cancellations & Returns


Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us ASAP.
  • We will do all that we can to make it right.
 

Order Cancellations - Prior to Packaging

  • We can cancel your order and issue a full refund including shipping, up until it has been packaged for delivery.
  • We may package your order within minutes of receiving your order, therefore please contact us immediately if you need to cancel.

Order Cancellations - After Packaging

  • After packaging, we can cancel your order and issue a refund for the purchase price, however we likely cannot refund the shipping cost.
  • Because we use typically use prepaid satchels, once we've sealed the satchel they can't be used again.
  • This applies even if you did not pay for shipping during checkout.
  • Please contact us if you need to cancel.

Order Returns - Unopened Boxes

  • If you have an unopened item, you can return it for a refund of the purchase price, less our shipping cost (even if shipping was free).
  • Please contact us prior to returning the item.

Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us ASAP.
  • We will either send you a new item or replacement part at no additional charge.
  • We may ask that you email us a picture of the damaged item as well as the package that it was sent in.
 

Purchases from Resellers

  • If you have any issues with a winesave purchased from a reseller, please contact us.
  • We will coordinate with the reseller to make it right.
