CANCELLATIONS PRIOR TO PACKAGING
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately.

We can cancel your order and issue a full refund up until it has been packaged for delivery.

Please note that we may package your order within minutes of receiving your order, therefore please contact us immediately if you need to cancel.

CANCELLATIONS AFTER PACKAGING
We can cancel your order and issue a refund for the purchase price, however we likely cannot refund the shipping cost.

Because we typically use prepaid satchels, once we've sealed the satchel they can't be used again.

This applies even if you did not pay for shipping during checkout.

CHANGE OF MIND
Please let us know if you have a change of mind. If you return the items unopened, unused, and in a resellable condition, we can issue a full refund minus our shipping costs.
